It was affordable and I wanted to see what the pool area was like for when we come with the kids one day.
The signage was very hard to see from the road and actually had a BIG Town House sign out front so i thought i was in the wrong place.

The room was attractive, and the indoor pool and mini golf course surrounded by live trees was appealing. The free airport shuttle service was a great amenity.
We were worried that noise from the pool would keep us up, but fortunately the kids playing there left before 10 o'clock. There was no continental breakfast. If there had been muffins or danish, bananas and/or other fruit at the coffee counter, it would have been a plus.

I had a surprisingly pleasant stay at this hotel. the prices were very affordable, making it great value for money. Secondly, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always willing to help and ensure that everything was taken care of. Lastly, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to the mall and there was an arcade nearby. These factors made my stay enjoyable.
Despite the minor issues mentioned in other reviews, my experience at this hotel was satisfactory.

This hotel is situated in a great location, not far from the mall and close to downtown. it is very close to the arcade, making it an ideal location for families. the rooms are comfortable and clean with white linens, and the bathrooms are spotless. the continental breakfast offered through the front desk coupon is a nice touch. the hotel has a variety of amenities, including a pool and an arcade, which are perfect for families.
It is disappointing that the staff does not give clear instructions on how to access Wi-Fi, and some rooms do not come equipped with essential amenities like a fridge or microwave.

Overall it was great value and the staff was awesome. Our kids loved the pool, mini golf and games room. This is a great hotel for kids!
Our tv didnt work well and after it got fixed we still lost half the channels, as well we had to go to the front desk 4 times to get our keys reset as they didnt work in our door. Out of the 3 days there they only had hot coffee once the rest it was cold or empty.

I liked the location it was really close to all the shopping centers.
There was a very loud wedding party on Friday night, a lot were banging on our window and the other large group were right by the pool making noise. It was hard to get to sleep. The arcade machines kept eating quaters.

Great pool and comfy beds. Continental breakfast and casino are a plus. Ideally located for road trips, and welcoming for dogs.
Lack of security and incompetent staff spoiled our experience. We had problems with the credit card charge and a wet floor, but nobody could fix it or offer us another room, despite repeated promises to do so.
